FAQ

Is this a real UK mobile number or a VoIP?
Real UK mobile SIM — not a VoIP number. That's why 2FA + OTP works here while cheap virtual numbers fail.
Does my phone need two SIM slots?
Yes for eSIM install. Almost every phone from 2020 onwards supports this. Run StayVerified alongside your travel eSIM from the same phone.
Can I cancel early and get a refund?
The service is pre-consumed — we pay the UK carrier the moment the SIM activates. No refunds after activation. Pick the term you're confident about, top up later if you need more.
What if my phone is lost or stolen?
We can move the number to a new eSIM QR (same phone number, new QR for the replacement device). Email support with your order number.
Can I pay in Bitcoin?
Yes — BTC is accepted on all plans, including data eSIMs in the new-site cart. The button is hidden during Bitcoin fee spikes on small orders to keep your costs sane — try a larger plan or pay by card.
What happens at the end of my term?
The SIM deactivates, the number is released. No surprise auto-renewal. If you added more months via the account page before expiry, service continues with no gap.

Just need it for a single app signup?
